We understand that you are busy, so let our experienced planners offer our a-la-carte planning & design services for the most personalized milestones, be it a destination luxury wedding, a lifestyle affair, a private dinner, or corporate event.
FLORAL DESIGN
RSVP Events’ in-house florists focus on each event’s unique vision and style to provide tailored design and personalized service. We love the promise that floral arrangements and blooms represent, the perfect imperfections of organic, natural and cascading arrangements, the sleek imprint of contemporary and sophisticated floral installations, the ceremonial arches and bouquet selections from boutonnières to flower bars and from statement monoflorals to larger-than-life, painterly creations. Wishing to elevate each wedding and social gathering our Floral Design services intelligently meld with Planning and Event design but can also arrive as a stand-alone offering to our clients.
To accommodate our clients’ busy schedules, our in-person & online consultations are held by our Event Planners or Creative Directors, and begin with reviewing the initial floral vision, the budget requirements, and the venue. We offer our creative input and share samples of our work, including Pinterest boards or sets of images and palette selections. As each event is distinctive, so is our customized floral design. Approximately one week following the initial consultation we provide a detailed proposal.
EVENT PLANNING
We find purpose in bringing together all the necessary actions and meticulously organized experiences you are looking for in a wedding and event planner. We get the nitty-gritty off your plate so you can focus on enjoying your upcoming event.
We are dedicated to schedule, plan, and coordinate all vendors, contract your ideal artisans, contrive a seamless timeline, and manage your logistics. To mold your affair with signature style and utmost punctuality, we will assist you with all the small (but no less important) details, like invitations and RSVP, as well as tricky etiquette, according to your and your event’s needs.
Our comprehensive approach to planning and coordination is to offer our clients full freedom to dream big as we facilitate those special moments for them. EVENT COORDINATION
Your event is fast approaching, and you don’t want to hustle with the coordination of all vendors- a task that seems to take away part of your excitement. We’ re here to allow you to spend the days leading up to your event however you wish, and on the day of the event enjoy the moment without stress. We will meet a month before your event to go over all vendors and come up with a timeline making sure that the day runs as planned while you enjoy what you have worked on in preparation for the event.
