Painting a dream. That’s how it all began: two strangers meeting during unprecedented times. Their common grounds, mutual loves, and creative foray turned them to friends, and then a beautiful, close-knit duo of creators, whose wish to fill the world with more emotion, elevation, and one big, beautiful bash became the foundation for what is RSVP Events today. With time the team grew larger, louder, and soon we were a tireless lively squad engaged 365 days a year with seamless events that compliment our clients’ sensibilities. This is the color of our dreams, around us everything is suffused with charm.
MEET THE FOUNDERS
Tamara Saati & Nikolas Kyriakou
Tamara’s keen eye for detail, energetic wit, and swaying demeanour, led her to get a degree in Interior Design. She’s a true visionary with a memory that never fails; she obsesses over everything wedding and always puts her heart and soul into each event in order to achieve the perfect result.
Nikolas has a Fine Arts degree which landed him in various positions from fashion editing to book publishing before deciding to explore the world of flowers through a full floristry course at The London Flower School. A dreamer with a calm presence, passionate about travelling and the arts, Nikolas gets inspired by all things senses and pours this inspiration into his floral creations and other artistic forms of expression in his work.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
RSVP Events is an event planning & design company based in Cyprus. We have crafted successful weddings and events across the island for over 9 years. Our secret has always been moving forward into the future while keeping our identity intact.
We are proud of our accomplishments but never forget to keep an eye for everything new and exciting, bringing style and know-how into our clients’ most important milestones.
Our convictions as a brand are clear. Wonderful days take time to create and develop a soul, and art de vivre is at the core of our services, as much as offering unforgettable, statement style in tune with sincerity and generosity which remain our promise.
As event designers we are inspired by anything and everything around us to creatively transform special occasions, bringing forth the ambience and stirring the senses therefore instigating and shaping memories. We are here to bring calm to the chaos and come up with back up plans when needed, with our go-getter attitude. We never lose focus of the aesthetic but combine vision with pragmatism, making sure that our plans are based on evaluation, analysis, and assessment.
A GREAT START
All events begin with the initial contact followed by complimentary consultation. For their first contact our clients inform us on the event type, the date, their approximate guest list and considered venue, required services, shedding some light on their initial requirements and vision.
COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATION
A date is set for the clients to receive their first personal consultation where we familiarize them with our extended collection of services, discuss their vision and help them understand how we conduct our events, followed by our planning service proposal offered for the clients to review approximately within the two following weeks if planning services are required.
BOOKING THE DATE
When our clients agree with the proposal, we inform them how they can book us for their date, and once they do, we start working on the individual services requested.
THE VISION APPOINTMENT
When the initial services are dealt with, a vision discussion appointment is set to deliberate on mood boards, decide on the amount of decorative items to include in our decor proposal (the boutonnieres and corsages, the arrangements and installations to create, the bouquets, vehicle decor and so many more). We follow up with our decoration proposal and the client can proceed to book the decoration team for their date as well.
CONTACT & BRIEFING
We carry a strict policy in maintaining contact with our clients every step of the way. Their approval and good communication is essential for us to continue offering a great service. Our clients will be receiving updates on where things stand, what is pending or done on our side and what needs to be done on their side.
PARTNER & SUPPLIER MEETINGS
We make sure to hold appointments with our partners and suppliers, to produce relevant quotations for our clients. Throughout the process, following the agreed on proposals, we will be furnishing quotations from all our suppliers and partners, receiving feedback, and guiding you through the booking process of each associate.
RESEARCHING EQUIPMENT, FURNISHINGS, DECOR ADDITIONS
Our team will thoroughly research for the best-quality equipment, furniture, decorative elements and additions to each scheme, from pots and vases, to flower stands, candle holders, tealights, votives, and other details in order to ensure full client satisfaction, working continually on setting, floral design and structure plans. This is a reason we can also do a “prop” rehearsal as soon as our stock updates before your event.
ORDERING
As we always wish to provide our clients with the best, most precise follow-up ordering takes place way ahead of their events. For flowers special orders may be scheduled (while samples of bouquets may be available soon as the florals are in season). Decoration (flower) samples may be scheduled as per our contract when the client wishes, as soon as the flowers are in season. The final order of flowers for your event takes place approximately 3 weeks before the date of your event.

THE PINK SHOP AT 42 KLIMENTOS STREET, NICOSIA
Where sparking ideas and smiles take precedence, the RSVP Events Studio looks perfectly at home. A walking distance from the buzzing centre of Nicosia a pink -colored threshold , where glass windows carry our wax seal logo, invites the visitor to take a peek and step into our world of wonders. Objects with singular forms, flowers, trinkets, are the warm welcome to our creative hub and headquarters. In this incredible place nothing seems impossible.
