A GREAT START
All events begin with the initial contact followed by complimentary consultation. For their first contact our clients inform us on the event type, the date, their approximate guest list and considered venue, required services, shedding some light on their initial requirements and vision.
A date is set for the clients to receive their first personal consultation where we familiarize them with our extended collection of services, discuss their vision and help them understand how we conduct our events, followed by our planning service proposal offered for the clients to review approximately within the two following weeks if planning services are required.
BOOKING THE DATE
When our clients agree with the proposal, we inform them how they can book us for their date, and once they do, we start working on the individual services requested.
THE VISION APPOINTMENT
When the initial services are dealt with, a vision discussion appointment is set to deliberate on mood boards, decide on the amount of decorative items to include in our decor proposal (the boutonnieres and corsages, the arrangements and installations to create, the bouquets, vehicle decor and so many more). We follow up with our decoration proposal and the client can proceed to book the decoration team for their date as well.
CONTACT & BRIEFING
We carry a strict policy in maintaining contact with our clients every step of the way. Their approval and good communication is essential for us to continue offering a great service. Our clients will be receiving updates on where things stand, what is pending or done on our side and what needs to be done on their side.
PARTNER & SUPPLIER MEETINGS
We make sure to hold appointments with our partners and suppliers, to produce relevant quotations for our clients. Throughout the process, following the agreed on proposals, we will be furnishing quotations from all our suppliers and partners, receiving feedback, and guiding you through the booking process of each associate.
RESEARCHING EQUIPMENT, FURNISHINGS, DECOR ADDITIONS
Our team will thoroughly research for the best-quality equipment, furniture, decorative elements and additions to each scheme, from pots and vases, to flower stands, candle holders, tealights, votives, and other details in order to ensure full client satisfaction, working continually on setting, floral design and structure plans. This is a reason we can also do a “prop” rehearsal as soon as our stock updates before your event.
As we always wish to provide our clients with the best, most precise follow-up ordering takes place way ahead of their events. For flowers special orders may be scheduled (while samples of bouquets may be available soon as the florals are in season). Decoration (flower) samples may be scheduled as per our contract when the client wishes, as soon as the flowers are in season. The final order of flowers for your event takes place approximately 3 weeks before the date of your event.
